Handyman Personnel provides staffing and labour placement services, connecting employers with qualified workers for construction, landscaping, moving, traffic control, industrial, and event staffing roles in the Ottawa area.

3. User Obligations

All users of our services agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Treat all parties with respect and professionalism

4. Employer Obligations

Employers using our placement services agree to provide a safe working environment, comply with all applicable employment and health & safety laws, and pay agreed invoices within the specified payment terms.

5. Worker Obligations

Workers registered with Handyman Personnel agree to attend assigned shifts on time, carry valid identification at all times, and conduct themselves professionally on all job sites.

6. Limitation of Liability

Handyman Personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.
